We are blessed with vibrant Music Ministry at all three parishes in the Avon Thames Catholic Family of Parishes.  Unfortunately due to Covid 19 Restrictions, our choirs and congregations cannot sing during Mass and other services. At this time, we are restricted to an instrumentalist and/or a cantor for all services. Watch this page for any changes to the guidelines.

Due to COVID-19 Restrictions our in-person ministries are limited at this time.  However, we are still able to offer a variety of programs in our parishes: 

• On-Line Connection:  Register on FLOCKNOTE to join our online presence and to be aware of what is still being offered on-site.
• RCIA/RCIC - please email avonthamescatholic@dol.ca if you would like to become a fully initiated Catholic.
• Saint Vincent De Paul Society - We care for those within our community that find themselves in any need.  If you would like to make a donation, please call the office.
• Faith-Sharing Groups (On-Line) - Would you like to connect, reflect, and pray with other Catholics during these isolating times?  Please consider joining one of these Groups.
• Retreats – Visible Signs of God’s Powerful Grace A retreat is a time to step back and see what is beyond.  It is done simply with songs, gestures and listening to the Word of God to physically gather with the children.  Our Family of Parishes has a team that leads retreats for Elementary students in all our five schools – grades 1 – 8.  Our team is made up of Fr David Butler, Fr Chris Pietraszko, Marc Bauer-Maison, Donna Campbell, Mary Kay Lobsinger, Amanda Vander Ploeg & Nicole Wallace.  Due to the pandemic, we have not been able to gather but the team has recorded several retreats for the students to watch in their classrooms.
